Refund policy
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed. If you are requesting a cancellation or a change to your order, you must notify us at info@alchemyroots.com within 2 hours from the time the order was placed.
All sales are final once orders are shipped.
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. Subscription products cannot be cancelled until after the second subscription in the order is placed. You can however, shift your subscription date if ever needed, via your account login.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Returns & Refunds:
All Returns need to have prior authorization from a Staff Member, please contact info@alchemyroots.com to inquire about a return or exchange. Any items returned via mail without prior authorization will be considered a loss and not honored for a refund.
We accept unopened capsule formulas for Authorized Return within 7 days of receipt of goods.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any items that get lost in shipment during a return, as the return shipping method and tracking is the responsibility of the customer.
The customer takes all responsibility for any damages to Authorized Returns during a return shipment, if the customer did not initially file a claim upon receiving the order.
For Refunds:
An Authorized Return must be returned to us by the customer prior to receiving a refund.
Once an Authorized Return is successfully received and inspected for its integrity, an email notification will be sent. Packaging must be fully intact with no rips or tears. If approved, your refund will be issues back to the original form of payment minus a 20% restocking fee.
If your order included a free gift and it is not returned along with the other items, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
In the event that a credit card dispute or chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue by contacting Alchemy Roots customer service (info@alchemyroots.com) the customer’s account will be terminated immediately.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
If you experience any issue with your order, including shipping delays, damaged items, missing packages, or billing concerns, we ask that you contact us directly at [Insert Support Email] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. In many cases, we can resolve concerns more quickly and efficiently through our customer support process.
Chargebacks and payment disputes can result in significant fees, penalties, and administrative costs for our business. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be considered a violation of these Terms.
Upon receiving notice of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend the associated customer account and place any pending orders on hold until the dispute has been fully resolved. We may also decline future orders from customers who repeatedly initiate chargebacks or disputes that are determined to be unfounded, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our published policies.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, shipping confirmations, delivery information, communications, and other supporting documentation to the payment processor, financial institution, or dispute resolution authority to contest the claim.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's right to pursue a legitimate chargeback or dispute when warranted under applicable law or the policies of their payment provider.
